a great disgrace for humanity named morals
-The part of our reasoning centered in our own brain, is unfortunally limited by the fact that all things in the universe transform by evolution and randomness we can not fully depict, and is therefore limited on conceiving solutions by engineering, wich brings us, for higher numbers of variables we can not mathematically analyze, to empiric models, thus to the basic concept of any historical model.
-The unfortunate part is that progressing by experience is slow, costly, and unmeasurable on a universal scale we have hard time to understand.
-The second unfortunate effect is that it creates a theorized model of anti-progress applying erroneous empiric models to the human animal istincts. The extreme conclusion of this is very sad. Humans are the only animals capable of genocide and humans that look for solutions in the past rites and "morae" are the most likely ones preparing another genocide or worse.
-The third unfortunate part is the trend. If in evolution the human animal evolved from murder to high efficiency systematic murder (genocide) then would it not make logical sense that humanity 'trends' finally to biocide, whereas biocide could be defined as highest efficiency conceivable genocide ? In this case there is no need to wait for the end of the solar system, we could just press the right button and start the self destruction of the earthlings civilization.

about genetic engineering
-I am reading science and industry telling us we need genetic engineering to make human life better, using nano agents to protect and repair vegetal and animal species including humans from effects of diseases, and to obtain more efficient crops and species, including humans.
-Nothing wrong with that, "fatti non foste a viver come bruti, ma per seguir virtute e conoscenza", as the Poet said. But all that, if and only if, we had started this path from the beginning, if and only if, we were living in "the best possible world" as per Pangloss in Voltaire Candide. Then it definitivelly would look like a "step forward for humanity", like the Guy said in the 60's, when this was the case in America, in a society where progress was just the natural evolution of a generalized and planned well being.
-Now somebody here has forgotten reality:
--"In 2005, there were 46.6 million people in the U.S. without medical insurance"
--I could not find the number of chromosomic maps for the purpose of control of genetic defects made on US pregnant women per calendar year, I would be curious to know a percent number versus pregnancies (maybe the kristian koalition is hiding the numbers, ... just joking ...).
--Nobody knows how the Corp of Engineering will find the founds to fix all the levi that would prevent another katrina-like disaster to occur.
--We live with a medical system with the highest percentage of administrative costs and profits in the world, and the lowest percentage of budget going towards actual medical treatment costs
--Without even mentioning how "deregulated" the human organ market is in amerika.
--Nobody knows if we may have viable bridges or roads in ten years.
--Nobody can estimate the exact date when the Social Security Administration may collapse or break down to who knows what.
The question I'm asking myself, is why Tutankamon and his party in DC are doing everything possible to transform him into Atahualpa and the US into the Inca empire ?
Maybe "When a Banker jumps out of a window, jump after him - that's where the money is" as per Robespierre ? Is sad to admit than "the greatest power in the world" does not have a way to take care of human deseases, when people need it the most, that is when they are so sick that they can't work.
As stated, I identify myself into libertarian theories, and I believe in free enterprise, but from what I remember from the classes of Economics, you need to shave the sheep, not kill her, you can only kill the sheep once, and after that you will be naked by winter, and out of cheese.
Albert Einstein apparently believed in the power of stupidity: "Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former."
... comments welcome as usual, should say again also, last november post was an exception, but was about beliefs and spirituality, and those should remain subjective choice ...

... considerations ...
Few considerations, as i repeatedly said, I don't have nearly as many answers as I do have questions, please follow my links and meditate. This post is not looking for comments or suggestions from strangers, therefore they would not be welcomed, unless we know each other in an intimate way. This post gives questions to the ones that have questions, and gives sources of reflection to the ones who want to use their own brain. Weather you think you know the answers in your mind, or you may think you have better theories than I do, or whatever, I do not need your feedback on this. In my philosophy the questions are my answers, if you don't like them, go read somebody else blog and have a good day.
-reincarnation - DNA - physical - parallel lives - global consciousness - universal consciousness - sync - DNA re ocurence - could be a law of nature empirically verified ?
-effects of going from large number logic in re-generation to bio-genetics - alters natural selection - can be damaging ? - yes and no - postmortem cloning - rules ? - need of new legislation ? - can catastrophe be avoided re-engineering the dead ? - who is the judge of this judgment ?
-soul - aggregated function - life - consciousness - occurs after birth - ends at death - harmonics floating in a time-space could be perceived-captured ? - vibrations - waves - hope somebody may build me a brain recorder so that i could store souls
-biggest human evil - genocide - unique to humans - dominance - right/wrong - comes from fanaticism - fanaticism requires a theory and power - so it requires public power and ideology - humanism is the source of most ideologies - socialism and religions are an example of humanist ideology - ideology produces ethics whereas what is not convenient to the ideology is repressed
-human ethics have a major problem, because the nature of good and evil is discriminatory, where what is right for one is evil if applied to his enemy - whatever perpetuates its status quo is perceived as good, whatever subverses its dogmas is perceived as evil - humanism substitutes to natural selection, the social selection of the compliant thus producing boneless and mindless humans, ready to perpetrate the destiny of the clan, and to curse the ones that are not part of it
-the only alternative to humanism and ethics is universalism - under universalistic view winners and losers are still a bunch of uncivilized and ignorant animals in the hands of superior forces they can not control - the society can suppress the individual universalist, and it does frequently because his presence reminds their giant egos that there are things they can not control - the society, religious or governmental, can do nothing to suppress universal forces and universal laws - money can not buy slower melting of the poles, or milder earthquakes - and military or political power neither
-universal forces are driven by relations of cause-effect that are not linear - can a flap of a butterfly in California cause a tsunami in Thailand ? - somebody may bear control of the greatest forces in loneliness and in loneliness can alter the paths of universal forces ? - universal forces don't have preferences - universal forces don't differ between good and evil - they are an equal opportunity constructor and destroyer
-history teaches that winners are right - winners destroy the losers and their culture - history requires friends and enemies - when there aren't any, has to make them up with excuses - the absence of right and wrong makes humanistic toughts, and therefore ideologies, and therefore churches and governments, shallow and useless, "actors", prima-donna extorting natural rights from humans to feed their selfishness
-may the great gardener bring you all an interesting life

about public spending
Also, whenever "non-open-source" projects are proposed, why not make "mandatory" and require publication on the newspapers of the jurisdiction, a copy of Total Cost of Ownership and Life Cycle Cost Analysis, of the solutions proposed.
The required exceptions, regarding "mission-critical" systems, could be adressed by a separate process of appropriation, similar to the one in use for matters of urgency.

about privacy
Therefore I would suggest any writer, to make multiple copies of their scripts under different jurisdictions, and publish them instantly on websites worldwide.
For somebody that wants to think with his own mind, nothing is more valuable than freedom of expression.
For somebody that values the search of the truth, over the "officially or heavenly given truths" censorship is an offense that hurts in the deep of their heart.

the information revolution and education
The education revolution is coming, whereas this baby boomer generation who became the highest educated generation in the history of humanity, has given back to humanity an information revolution of which the students of the generations to come will learn of on their online classes and e-books of history :)
The absence of distractions in front of a terminal, make concentration and focus easier for the students, while the predominance of visual signals over voice should increase retention of subjects.
The absence of clutter in the virtual world makes possible for a number of educators to control the shared desktops of large numbers of students per class, in favor of standardization, whereas in the future is not to be excluded the participation of a number of instructors as a crew, with specialized duties, in even larger education "session" or "events", even on worldwide "live" scale, in a completelly interactive manner.
The bottom line of the concept, is more spending bucks in education, and less in real estate and maintenance, with equal quality of education from the ghetto to the Los Altos Hills neighborhoods, from the favelas in Brazil to the left side of Zurich lake, a profound goal for humanity, 100% doctorate level by 2050.
The virtual access opens a school system to the world education market, more access is equal to more customers, a more liberal and libertarian education is going to have indirect effects on the world society of the future, whereas this young students one day will apply what they learned in managing their own countries, when the time comes, to the benefit of all.

about baby-boomers
- baby boomers did not put themselves in this world, nor decided to count how many they were going to be, for this issue see the prior generation
- baby boomers made the fortune of others more than making fortunes for themselves, as result buying power decreased and so did average life standard
- working women are the heroes of this generation, without their income and production would have been very hard to raise the next generation
- public debt came from the financial incompetence of the prior generations, togetter with a cumbersome govenment machine designed for the 18th century, apparently uncontrollable and beyond repair even with the spirit of this generation
- private debt came from the need of surviving without the buying power of the prior generation, all this at the highest fiscal and monetary drag in history
- we hope there wont be a time where baby boomers may have to leave this world to save everybody else as usual, or maybe the time is already here, and the illuminati in the higher quarters are starting considering methods for the natural disappearance of this generation ?

a libertarian approach
- the basic idea was a new type of share, "labor share", tightly coupled to exchange capital stocks and shares of the company in a relation like ls=k(es) with a fair empiric k , a portion of, could be paid in times of economic expansion, in capital shares or stocks, as reserve and pension plan
- the reduction of fixed costs associated is beneficial in times of crisis to keep companies competitive, and most likely should, in the long term reduce bankruptcies
- the effect of such a system is incentivating the production of the business entity, trough optimizing the production of every single member, kind like the reversed process of reduction of single cost drivers in cost analysis
- any comments welcome, as usual ...

was Dos Passos right ? are there two amerikas ?
-why a legal foreign citizen can not purchase weapons in california, but any amerikan richmond or oakland drug dealer can ?
-comments welcome ...
about religions, taxes and medical
-what about taxing non profit income, and re-disributing non-profit originated revenues trough non-profit programs, like for instance a free medical system, like in any civilized western countries ?
-what about property taxes on non-profit corporations, to finance non-profit hospitals
-why not, due the strategic importance of health as a factor of power, at the downings of a new era of bio-genetic warfare, put a military system designed for global war and orphan of the cold war, in charge of "the american public medical system"
-just ideas, comments welcome
