>>Nothing more than a bunch of temp/staffing service, and low ball shit companies grazing the bottom of the barrrel.

I tell you, I'm not surprised. But I've learned one thing from the younger ones I have worked
beside in various positions with temp agencies.

1. The employers call the shots, but you decide how much the ammo is packed with.

In other words, if you want to knock yourself out for $9, then have fun in the later years of your
life. Because they'll see you sweating it out for that measly money and won't be in a big hurry to
raise it up.

2. No matter how much the employer complains, be calm and collected and "slightly" concerned.

In more then one instance, I've had an employer come to me and bitch that "You could go faster"

Instead of telling them "Oh fuck off" or "Yes sir" and working harder, I just pause thoughtfully and then say "I see, I'll have to ponder my work routine to see if I can eliminate some steps to speed up production" (Read: fuck you I'm not working harder for you, just because you want me to)

3. No matter how often they complain, respond as above.

4. Be surprised when the temp service calls you and says "They let you go" be "CONCERNED" and
say "Gee, I rarely had any complaints after we discussed improving the work flow. I wish they'd
said something to me instead of this!"

(Read: "Fuck them, they didn't want to pay a living wage, I'm saving my ass from being crippled later")

In the past 10 years, I learned this from the younger ones. For too long I busted ass, but rarely did the employer ever compliment my work..Nothing but "bitch, bitch and whine" Fuck them all. Pay a decent wage and you'll get a return. You don't and you won't.
